You don’t have to wait! Because this is a 12-month membership, it doesn’t matter when you join as your annual car expenses are spread over the year.

We have membership options that offer more than one pick-up and drop-off per year, so can be flexible to your individual needs.

However, all of our memberships only cover the cost of one WOF per year.

You can choose whoever you like, depending on the distance from your pick-up location!

Safety and reliability are our priorities. All our drivers have held their licenses for at least 4 years, and their driving histories have been thoroughly checked through Waka Kotahi.

When we pick up your car, we conduct a basic inspection to ensure everything is in order. Rest assured, we take full responsibility for any damages caused by our drivers during the pickup and drop-off process.

If your car fails its Warrant of Fitness inspection, we will promptly contact you. Nothing will be done to your car without your permission. We prioritise transparency and openness, accommodating your preferences and ensuring you are fully informed throughout the process.

We calculate the carbon emissions of your car based on your mileage and invest in environmental projects to offset those emissions, helping you reduce your car’s carbon footprint.

We understand that flexibility is key. You can easily update your pickup or drop-off location through your member account or by contacting our customer support team.

We carefully vet all mechanics in our network to ensure they meet high standards of service and reliability. Regular feedback from customers helps us maintain these standards.
