Agreement for Services with WOFme Ltd.

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between WOFme Ltd. (“Company”) and the undersigned Client (“Client”).

Services Provided:

  1. WOFme will provide pick-up and drop-off services for WOF inspections, car servicing, registration renewals, and grooming.
  2. WOFme will pay the full cost for the services included in the selected subscription package (WOF, Service, Registration, and Grooming).

 

Payment:

  1. The Client agrees to pay in full for the selected subscription type.
  2. Payments shall be made weekly or fortnightly as chosen by the Client.
  3. Failure to make payments may result in the debt being referred to a debt collection agency.

 

Cancellation:

  1. The Client may cancel this Agreement with a two-week written notice.
  2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. The Client is liable for any work performed prior to the cancellation date.

 

Liability:

  1. WOFme is liable for any damages to the Client’s vehicle only during the pick-up and drop-off process.
  2. The mechanic is solely responsible for any damages or issues arising from their work on the Client’s vehicle.
  3. The Client is liable for any vehicle breakdowns during transit to and from the mechanic.

 

Data Protection:

  1. The Client’s data is protected under the New Zealand Privacy Act.
  2. WOFme reserves the right to share relevant information with partnered third parties for industry-related purposes.

 

Governing Law:

  1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, including the Consumer Guarantees Act.

 

Compliance:

  1. All mechanics will comply with regulations and guidelines set forth by the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA).

 

Subscription Renewal:

  1. The subscription will auto-renew unless the Client requests cancellation in writing 30 days prior to the renewal date.

 

Use of Services:

  1. Each membership is for an individual car and cannot be used for multiple vehicles.
  2. Pick-up locations must be safe, ensuring the safety of WOFme staff.

 

Work Authorization:

  1. No work will be performed on the vehicle without the Client’s approval.
  2. Mechanics must obtain prior consent from the Client before performing any work on the vehicle.

 

Additional Clauses:

  1. If using their own dealership, it must be within 15 km of the pick-up location. Additional charges may apply for distances exceeding 15 km.
  2. WOFme will not compensate for petrol usage during service provision.
  3. If the vehicle is not returned within 1 hour after the scheduled return time, WOFme will provide transportation for the Client until the vehicle is returned.
  4. Amendments to the contract will be communicated to the Client within 24 days.
  5. Changes to bookings must be notified 2 hours prior to the scheduled time; failure to do so will incur a $20 fee.
  6. Clients will be notified of any changes to the booking.
  7. Any additional work required will be performed only with the Client’s permission, with charges applied separately from subscription.
  8. If the vehicle fails the WOF, a full report and a basic second opinion from WOFme staff will be provided.
  9. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the registered vehicle has an adequate amount of petrol for pick-
  10. The Client must be present at the vehicle during the scheduled pick-up time. Drivers will wait a maximum of 20 minutes for the Client’s arrival.
  11. The Client is responsible for ensuring the vehicle has at least a quarter tank of petrol. The driver reserves the right to refuse service if this requirement is not met.
  12. The driver reserves the right to refuse entry to premises or to drive the vehicle if it is deemed unsafe.

 

Complaint Process:

  1. Any complaints can be directed to WOFme customer service, and they will be addressed promptly and fairly.

 

Intellectual Property:

  1. All intellectual property related to WOFme services, including logos, branding, and software, remains the property of WOFme.

 

Membership Limitations:

  1. For the Basic service, WOFme will cover up to $250 of service costs. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the Client.
  2.  For the Elite service, WOFme will cover up to $400 of service costs. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the Client.
